Absolutely rude, difficult, and unpleasant. You must be a tax professional in order to work with Rob, otherwise he will be angry at you for not understanding something. You better know the tax code etc or he will not be happy. I have never been treated so poorly as a new customer, ANYWHERE! Do yourself a favor and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
